Well, if you've read this far, you know all about our 2001 Everest expedition.  I was the assistant cameraman on that trip.  I am very proud to have been a part of the team, as well as the making of a fantastic, award winning movie.

Besides Everest, I have also summited K2 (first American ascent of the Abruzzi Ridge), Manaslu (first American ascent and the last of the 8000m peaks to be climbed by an American), and Gasherbrum II ( working as a guide).

I twice ran in the first wave of the Bolder Boulder with blind marathon record holder Harry Cordellos.

My home is Golden, Colorado, where my children are growing up strong, healthy and complete, despite the best efforts of their dad.  So, give it up for my posse, Steven, Kelsey and Ben!  This wouldn't be happening without their help.  I love them dearly.

I believe that we all have disabilities. It's just that some folks disabilities are more obvious than others.  I also strongly believe that any disability can be overcome, and that anything is possible if you want it badly enough.
